Boule Diagnostics AB (Spånga, Sweden) is highlighting its advanced range of hematology systems and clinical chemistry systems at Medlab Middle East in Dubai, taking place February 5-8, 2024.

Among its range of hematology systems, Boule is showcasing its next-generation Boule 950-series, the Swelab Alfa Plus, and Medonic M32 hematology analyzers. The Swelab Alfa Plus hematology analyzer is developed for reliability with maximum ease of operation. Highly accurate results are backed up by built-in quality monitoring and low instrument maintenance. Swelab Alfa Plus comes equipped with a high-precision shear valve which not only enables extremely precise results but also minimizes maintenance needs to significantly reduce maintenance costs. Its micro-pipette adapter (MPA) provides a blood status from a finger-stick capillary sample and results can be viewed in a minute without the need for preparation, pre-dilution, and vacuum tubes.

The Medonic M32 hematology analyzer comes packed with advanced functions. From the doctor’s office laboratory to medium-sized clinical units, it delivers a CBC and a 3-part WBC differential with exceptional accuracy and reliability. With its compact design, highly accurate results, and low maintenance needs, Medonic M32 provides laboratories with an efficient tool for hematology analysis. Its shear valve-guided aspiration ensures measurement quality while the optional space-saving automation solution provides constant mixing of queued samples. Its robust equipment design helps ensure instrument uptime. As the top-of-the-range model, Medonic M32S is the walk-away analyzer well-suited for many small to medium-sized hospitals.

Within its products for animal health diagnosis, Boule is highlighting the H50V veterinary hematology analyzer which is based on reliable technology, offering high-quality and cost-effective diagnostics. It is equipped with 13 predefined animal profiles and up to 34 analyzed parameters, making it a flexible system that meets the requirements of many types of veterinary clinics and laboratories. The H50V features a 5-part white blood cell (WBC) differential with results delivered within one minute. It is compact and easy to use with an intuitive touchscreen interface and comes with a built-in mixer. Additionally, Boule is showcasing the Exigo C200 clinical chemistry analyzer which allows high-quality results from just 100 μL of whole blood, serum, or plasma. With Exigo C200, labs can analyze up to 14 parameters at the same time without the need for special operating skills. Thanks to the integrated centrifuge, no sample preparation is needed. Internal quality control, dilution, and mixing are automatic, and the results can be printed in just 12 minutes.
