Jiangsu Bioperfectus Technologies Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) presented its most-advanced infectious disease diagnostic solutions at this year’s Medlab Middle East that took place in Dubai from 21-24 June.
Bioperfectus exhibited the STC-96A Real-Time PCR system and STC-96A Plus Real-Time PCR system that are more-than-ever flexible, efficient and reliable breakthrough in the real-time PCR analysis of gene expression and genetic variation. The temperature uniformity of the STC-96A Plus and STC-96A Plus across 96 wells is within a remarkable 0.1℃, which meets all needs for highly precise diagnostic and study use, including High-Resolution Melting Curve (HRM) applications.
In addition, Bioperfectus highlighted its COVID-19 testing solutions at Medlab Middle East 2021, including the COVID-19 Coronavirus Real Time PCR Kit, an In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) reagent using fluorescent PCR technology to qualitatively detect Open Reading Frame gene region (ORF1a/b) and viral nucleocapsid region (N) of SARS-CoV-2 RNA from upper and lower respiratory tract specimens. The company also introduced the Novel Corona Virus (SARS-CoV-2) Ag Rapid Test Kit, including Prepacked Extraction Tube, which is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid antigens in nasopharyngeal swabs from individuals who are suspected of COVID-19 within the first seven days of the onset of symptoms.
Also on display at the event were Nucleic Acid Extraction Solutions produced by Bioperfectus that offer a comprehensive PCR laboratory solution, including SSNP series Nucleic Acid Extraction System (3000A, 2000B & 9600A), Nucleic Acid Extraction Rapid Kit (Magnetic Bead Method) as well as Viral Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit (Silica-Based Spin Column), which integrates new technologies such as machine, electricity and computer software to enable automatic nucleic acid extraction in one time.
