血氧测量是测量氧合蛋白水平的方法,血红蛋白是红细胞的主要成分,血氧测量可用于确定低氧血症或缺氧的原因。
血氧测量的用处在于有助于确定不同形式血红蛋白的水平,可用于诊断与血液氧含量有关的各种病症。氧含量是体内氧气运输的重要指征。动脉血的氧气运送情况可用于评估从肺到组织的送氧能力。
英国克拉姆林的朗道公司日前发布了新的血氧测量程序,作为其现有的血气程序的补充。这款新型RIQAS血氧测量外部质量评估(EQA)程序集七个参数于一身,采取用户用好的即用型液体形式,设计时考虑到整体性与便利性,甚至适用于床旁检验。供应的所有样本都是即用型液体形式,是临床化验与床旁检验的理想形式。
程序包含的七个参数是:碳氧血红蛋白(COHb / HbCO);高铁血红蛋白(MetHb);氧含量(O₂CT);氧饱和度(sO₂ / Vol O₂);氧合血红蛋白(O₂Hb / HbO₂);总血红蛋白(tHb);还原/脱氧血红蛋白(RHb / HHb)。血氧测量的值高也许说明一氧化碳中毒或者先天性血红蛋白缺陷。为了补充RIQAS血氧测量EQA程序,RIQAS血气EQA程序将10个参数融入即用的液体形式,以便于使用。
RIQAS是世界上最大的EQA计划,有45,000名参与者和33个程序,确保同类组的人数最大化。朗道公司质控市场经理Lynsey Adams说:“我公司新型血氧测量程序的发布意味着我们现在能提供血气检验的EQA解决方案。”
