分析36名患者的108份血液样本,PV的CTC数量明显高于术前Pe和术中Pe血液。50%的患者可见CTC团和大量CTC,常发现PV中有更大的CTC团。长期监测显示,术前Pe血液中存在CTC团预示有预后不佳的趋势。
基因肿瘤学分析揭示,CTC团中富集细胞迁移和免疫相关通路,提示循环中有CTC团的患者有生存优势。CTC团显示出治疗耐受性特征,表明这些细胞具有侵袭性。因此,从早期肺癌患者中分离出CTC是预后不佳的先兆,并能分析以确定预测复发的生物标志物。
