Horiba Medical (Kyoto, Japan) is showcasing its extensive and comprehensive line of hematology, hemostasis, and clinical chemistry solutions, including analyzers, reagents, and consumables, for in vitro diagnostics at Medlab Middle East 2023.

At this year’s Medlab Middle East, Horiba is presenting HELO (HORIBA Evolutive Laboratory Organization), its global hematology solution. With an innovative design solution covering all the needs of a high throughput automated hematology platform, the flexible and efficient HELO is the optimum answer to the constant evolution of laboratories. The HORIBA advanced technologies embedded in the Yumizen H2500/H1500 associated with over 30 years of experience in hematology diagnosis offer the highest analytical performances. Thanks to its data, tube management, blood film, and digitalization management capability, HELO not only addresses all needs but also helps optimize TAT, floor space and reagent storage. HELO comes with Horiba’s accreditation assistance program which has been developed in accordance with ISO-15189 certification.

Horiba is also showcasing the new Yumizen H500 and H550 compact benchtop hematology analyzers with enhanced performance, new features, and increased benefits, alongside the Microsemi CRP LC-767G hematology analyzer that enables simultaneous blood analysis + CRP measurement, along with data management. In addition, Horiba is highlighting the Yumizen G1550/G1500 automated hemostasis analyzer that offers routine and specialized testing in a single analysis system, alongside the Yumizen G400 semi-automated hemostasis analyzer that offers a smart way to test with four independent measuring channels and 20 incubation positions.

Among its clinical chemistry solutions, Horiba is presenting the Pentra C200 clinical chemistry analyzer with fixed cycles that provides a continuous throughput of 90 colorimetric tests/hour, alongside the Pentra C400 clinical chemistry analyzer that features 55 on-board assays, an innovative cassette format, and integrated workstation and validation station. Among its laboratory automation solutions, Horiba is showcasing the Yumizen T6000 automated rack conveyor that is fully compatible with laboratory architecture (spaces, walls, columns) due to wide configurations of panels (linear, work cell, angular, island), alongside the Cube S robotic workstation that manages pre and post-analytical sorting, storing, and tracking of sample tubes in a laboratory.
