New Gene Expression System

A new gene expression system is designed for life science researchers who need to assess compound specificity or toxicity, identify new genes or therapeutic targets, or compare and analyze large databases of expression profiles.

The Rosetta Resolver system, 4.0, is a high-capacity data storage, retrieval and analysis solution for gene expression data. The system is based on the gene expression data analysis platform of Rosetta Biosoftware (Kirkland, WA, USA) and is exclusively available from Agilent Technologies (Palo Alto, CA, USA).

Agilent says this new system is the industry's first to support compliance with the 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 11, of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA regulation requires companies using computerized technologies and systems to manage electronic data involved in the research, manufacture or management of any FDA-regulated product to provide documented evidence of data compliance and verification that the system secures the regulated data.
