日本長久手市爱知医科大学医院(www.aichi-med-u.ac.jp)的科学家开展了一项调查,评估2014–2015年流感季奥司他韦和扎那米韦用作医务人员接触流感病毒后的预防药时受者的依从性和耐受力,以理解抗流感药所致不良事件的一个特点。在研究期间,540名医务人员服用奥司他韦(75毫克,一日两次,连服五日)或扎那米韦(一日两次,连服五日),作为接触流感病毒后的预防措施。

研究人员报道,540名医务人员中的411人(76.1%)回答了调查问卷的问题。382名服用奥司他韦的医务人员中有86人(22.5%)报告不良事件。最频繁的不良事件是胃肠不良事件(13.4%),其次是全身性疾病和局部疾病(11.8%),神经系统疾病(7.9%)和神经精神病不良事件(0.5%)。另一方面,29名服用扎那米韦的医务人员中有1人(3.4%)报告不良事件。

该研究的论文发表于2017年8月3日的《感染与化疗杂志》(Journal of Infection and Chemotherapy)。作者总结说,他们的调查揭示22.5%的受试者遭遇奥司他韦引起的不良事件,该治疗方案的依从性低于预期。相反,扎那米韦的依从性高,不良事件的发生率更低。
