Randox Presents Integrated Diagnostics and Quality Control Solutions

Randox Laboratories (Crumlin, UK) is showcasing its global reach and broad, multi-disciplinary diagnostics portfolio at WHX Labs Dubai 2026, where from stand S2.B10 the company is presenting an integrated range of reagents, analyzers, and quality-control solutions designed to support clinical laboratories, hospitals, and point-of-care testing environments worldwide.
A key focus of Randox’s presence at the event is the Vivalytic platform, a fully automated, all-in-one molecular diagnostics system developed in collaboration with Bosch. Vivalytic integrates extraction, amplification, and detection within a compact benchtop instrument, streamlining molecular workflows. Featuring one of the largest assay menus currently available, the platform supports both high-plex and low-plex PCR testing across genitourinary, gastrointestinal, respiratory, hospital-acquired, and other infectious disease panels. With the ability to deliver dependable results in as little as 30 minutes, Vivalytic enables laboratories to increase efficiency while supporting faster clinical decision-making and improved patient care.
Also featuered is the Acusera Smart Controls range, a third-party quality-control solution designed to simplify QC management. By eliminating manual preparation steps and consolidating multiple controls into a single format, these controls help optimize workflows, reduce hands-on time, and minimize waste associated with dead volume. The portfolio includes controls for clinical chemistry, immunoassays, liquid cardiac markers, and parathyroid hormone (PTH) testing. Supplied as liquid, ready-to-use controls in primary tubes and compatible with a wide range of analyzers, Acusera Smart Controls support more efficient, standardized laboratory operations.
Among its Acusera QC portfolio, Randox is highlighting its Serum Indices Control, a robust, stable, and comprehensive quality control solution for evaluating haemolysed, icteric and lipemic (HIL) interference in clinical chemistry workflows. Supplied in four graded levels, it ensures accurate instrument performance, aligns with international QC standards, and integrates with advanced data analysis tools.
In addition, Randox is highlighting its External Quality Assessment programs at WHX Labs Dubai. The Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme (RIQAS) is the world’s largest EQA program, supporting more than 85,000 laboratory participants across over 145 countries. RIQAS enables laboratories to assess and enhance analytical performance by benchmarking results against international peer groups using comparable methods and instrumentation. At the exhibition, Randox is also drawing attention to its specialized EQA programs, including newly introduced schemes for preeclampsia testing, blood typing assessments, and other targeted applications.
