Sysmex America is participating in the ADLM 2026 Clinical Lab Expo, taking place July 28–30 in Anaheim, California. At booth 2701, the company is presenting diagnostic solutions spanning hematology, hemostasis, urinalysis, flow cytometry, and laboratory informatics, with a focus on improving efficiency, diagnostic confidence, and the quality of patient results.

Leading the showcase is the next-generation XR-Series hematology portfolio, which builds on the company’s XN-Series platform with higher throughput, enhanced analytics, advanced three-dimensional scattergram technology, and integration with complementary workflow solutions. The XR-1000 processes up to 110 samples per hour and combines advanced parameters with onboard decision rules designed to standardize and simplify hematology testing.

For higher-volume laboratories, Sysmex is featuring the modular XR-9000 system, which is designed to increase throughput while minimizing manual touchpoints. The company is also presenting the DIFF-Line by CellaVision for blood-cell differential workflows and Sentinel SENTiFIT systems for high-throughput fecal occult blood and calprotectin testing. Some of these products are not available for sale in all countries.

Another highlight is the new Sysmex CentralOps Command Center, a customizable informatics solution that consolidates data from different Sysmex systems, provides real-time laboratory monitoring, and uses configurable rules to support sample processing and workflow management. The platform is intended to help laboratories identify operational insights and coordinate more efficient decision-making from a centralized interface. CentralOps is not currently available for sale.

In hemostasis, Sysmex is showcasing the new CN-9000 configuration for busy, high-volume laboratories. The system combines high throughput with continuous sample loading and automated rerun and reflex testing to streamline operations. The broader CN-Series consolidates routine and specialized testing on an automated platform, while the compact CA-600 Series is designed for lower-volume laboratories performing routine hemostasis assays.

The company’s urinalysis display includes the UN-Series, an automated platform that integrates urine chemistry, particle counting, sediment analysis, and confirmatory digital imaging. The system is designed to increase walkaway time while supporting accurate and efficient urine testing.

Sysmex is also presenting flow cytometry solutions, including the PS-10 sample preparation system and the research-use-only XF-1600 10-color flow cytometer. The XF-1600 combines fluidics and optical technologies to support high detection sensitivity at elevated sample flow rates. Visitors can additionally explore a portfolio of more than 200 single-color analyte-specific antibody reagents for flow cytometry applications.

Through live demonstrations and discussions with laboratory professionals, Sysmex is highlighting how specialty automation and connected informatics can help laboratories manage growing workloads, reduce manual intervention, and prepare for evolving diagnostic demands.
