Integra Biosciences AG (Chur, Switzerland) and Viaflo Corporation (Hudson, NH, USA) signed agreements to combine the two companies under the name of Integra Viaflo holding AG on July 23, 2009.

The new group will be active across world markets under the brand Integra. Integra and Viaflo have introduced over 70 reliable products in the last two years. The combination of the two companies complements their product lines and provides for strong market synergies.

As a result of the combination of the two companies, Integra Biosciences will receive direct access to the United States market through the Viaflo sales network. Viaflo will receive representation and access to European and global markets through Integra Biosciences and its large network of specialist distributors. In the United States, Viaflo will benefit from selling the established Integra Biosciences product portfolio.
