Getein Biotech, Inc. (Nanjing, China) is exhibiting its range of advanced analyzers for point-of-care testing at MEDICA 2023.

At the MEDICA show, visitors to the Getein booth can experience its unique products and services first-hand that deliver efficient diagnostic and treatment solutions, helping healthcare professionals increase efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver a better patient experience. Getein is highlighting its Metis 6000 Modular System (Integrated Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry) that helps labs unlock efficiency and optimize space. The Metis 6000 Modular System comprises the MAGICL 6200 immunochemistry module with a throughput of up to 400 T/H, the CM-1000 clinical chemistry module with a throughput of up to 1000 T/H, and the SHC 200 pre-analytical module (optional) with a speed of 190 tubes/H.

Getein is also showcasing the Metis 600 Modular System (Integrated Immunofluorescence and Hematology) which provides a suitable solution for immunofluorescence and hematology testing in low-volume laboratories. The Metis 600 Modular System comprises the Getein 1200 immunofluorescence quantitative analyzer and the BHA-5100 automatic hematology analyzer. The combination of immunofluorescence and hematology methodologies allows for more comprehensive test items to be offered. Also on display at MEDICA 2023 is the BHA-5000 automatic 5-part differential hematology analyzer which uses laser-based flow cytometry to count white blood cells in blood samples. It also uses electrical impedance to count red blood cells and platelets, and colorimetry to measure the hemoglobin, and relevant parameters will be enumerated.

In addition, Getein is exhibiting the MAGICL 6000 chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer designed for mid to high-workflow laboratories that require a one-step chemiluminescence solution. Alongside MAGICL 6000 was the Getein 1600 fully-automated immunofluorescence quantitative analyzer which combined with bar-coded, ready-to-use strip cassettes, delivers accurate testing results in minutes. The company is demonstrating the Getein 208 hand-held integrated system which is intended to detect and quantify specific chemical components in human blood serum, plasma, whole blood, capillary blood, and urine samples through dry chemistry and fluorescence immunoassay. Visitors to the company’s booth can learn about Getein’s POCT test menu which includes a wide range of reagent options, covering rapid testing for various diseases and health indicators.
