Collaboration Advances Automated Benchtop Platform for Routine Blood Testing

A new strategic alliance now aims to advance a blood testing platform designed to provide a broad menu of routine tests from a small blood sample.

Truvian Health has formed a strategic alliance with Siemens Healthineers to advance the TruVerus blood testing platform. The agreement brings together Truvian’s automated blood testing technology with Siemens Healthineers’ diagnostics expertise, while also creating opportunities for the companies to explore the development and commercialization of future diagnostic solutions.

TruVerus is designed to deliver a broad menu of routine blood tests from a small blood sample on a single, automated benchtop platform. The system is intended to provide laboratory-quality results while expanding access to testing across a wider range of healthcare settings. The FDA-cleared, multimodal platform supports an expanding portfolio of assays designed to deliver central laboratory-quality results through an integrated workflow.

Under the alliance, Siemens Healthineers will provide development support, technical resources, manufacturing expertise, and commercial guidance to help advance the TruVerus platform. The collaboration also draws on Siemens Healthineers’ broader capabilities in diagnostics, assay development, manufacturing, quality systems, and global commercialization. Together, the companies aim to advance diagnostic technologies that can make high-quality blood testing more accessible, efficient, and integrated into healthcare delivery.
