Search for Genetic Predictors of Lung Cancer

According to an agreement with the US National Cancer Institute ; www.anvilinfo.com) will analyze NCI lung tumor databases in search of data that can be used to discover gene markers for lung cancer, diagnostics, and therapy.

AnVil will use its domain expertise and analysis and visualization services and technologies to explore the NCI gene expression data in order to predict which genes may be specifically associated with lung tumors or normal lung tissue. The findings will provide the NCI with information that will aid the search for new lung cancer targets and therapies. AnVil partners with life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare companies, enabling them to see and interpret multiple data sets in integrated views.
