While the prevalence of Xylazine is showing no sign of decreasing, Randox Toxicology continues to lead in new test development within the ever-changing drugs of abuse market. The company’s newly-established test for xylazine is the first immunoassay test in the world for this drug of abuse and is available on the Evidence MultiSTAT analyzer. Evidence MultiSTAT is designed to work across a variety of matrices including blood, and oral fluid, and simultaneously screens for up to 29 drugs of abuse from a single sample in less than 31 minutes.

In recent years, Randox has been expanding its Randox Health testing – bringing preventative healthcare directly to the public. Specializing in ‘Pre-disease’ highly sensitive biomarkers in the blood are measured before an individual start to feel sick and before regular blood tests would show illness.
