目前,无创监测葡萄糖测量值、准确性不稳定,与血糖关联度弱,且不能检测睡眠时的高血糖/低血糖,所以还未广为人知。

对糖尿病患者进行受控的连续葡萄糖监测(CGM)能更好地监测和控制血糖水平,并预防并发症,而市售的产品监测葡萄糖需要用创伤性的针刺手段。

清华大学的科学家研制了一款皮肤样的生物传感器系统,用于无创原位静脉内血糖监测。该系统集成了一只超薄皮肤样生物传感器与纸电池供电的电化学双通道(ETC)。特制的皮下ETC把血糖压出血管,运送到皮肤表面。

超薄(约3微米)纳米结构生物传感器灵敏度高(130.4 μA/mM),顺应性极强,能完全吸收和测量葡萄糖。这种超薄皮肤样生物传感器能完全贴合皮肤,测量受ETC驱动向外运动的葡萄糖。这些生物传感器是多层的“沙丘”状纳米结构,表现出更好的电化学特性和更高的灵敏度。

科研小组进行了人体临床实验。用市售的罗氏公司的ACCU-CHEK Performa血糖计和静脉留置针做创伤性的葡萄糖测量。用无创的皮肤样血糖监测系统测量静脉内血糖和组织间液(ISF)里的血糖。ETC极大提高了无创测量结果与真实血糖水平之间的关联。该系统经过正确校准后有望适用于医用级CGM,与微型胰岛素泵配套使用时可实施胰岛素疗法。该研究的论文发表于2017年12月1日的《科学进展》(Science Advances)杂志。
