 现行的血液检验要求从患者身上采很多血,然后在几台不同的系统上运行,以获得一整套结果。这耗时耗力,产生的结果可能不一致,因为切片图像难以解读。

一款新型的一体化血液分析仪把验血流程的三大组件——数字形态分析仪、细胞计数器和分类器合并成一套优化的解决方案,制备、染色和分析血液涂片的显微图像,从而破解了血检的难题。

瑞士巴塞尔罗氏公司的cobas m 511对白细胞、红细胞和血小板进行识别、计数、分离和分类,然后生成全部细胞类型的数字图像,产生的结果比现有技术更准确、更稳定。医院技师现在能集中精力发现和分类病人样本里的异常细胞。有了这项自动化和数字化技术,就无需人工研读显微图像,且支持临床医师在全世界分享疑难病例,并能更快输出结果,最终辅助诊病。

cobas m 511使用独特方法切入数字血检这一新领域,利用专利型侦探技术打印、染色和成像。这项技术只用30微升血样,在玻片上打印一层,用更好的方法染色,以进一步分析形态,对观察工作站上显示的细胞进行分类。侦探技术基于这些直接图像计数、分析形态,然后分类视野里的每个细胞,进行标准的全血计数(CBC)和五分类计数与网状细胞计数。
